今までで１番美味しく焼けたパンです。
ポイントは塩を基本の量よりだいぶ減らしたことです。
時には自然の中に自分を置いて
癒されています。

植物たち
庭の榊の花がたくさん咲いています。
とてもいい香りに癒されます。
ビワの実がたくさん生ってます。
連日の強風で傷ついたり落ちたりしてるけど、
味は変わりません！
今年は酸味が少ないようですが、
まだ早いようです。
レッスン室のサンスベリアの鉢から芽が出ました。
10日で3倍の高さになりました。
先日、YouTubeに公開したマジンガーZの毎秒ごとの視聴率。
2:01のところが跳ね上がってます。

ホタルの光に癒されました
ホタルを撮影してきました。
たくさん飛んでいるように見えますが、
これは写真3枚の合成です！
実際には一遍に飛んでるのは多くて３匹でした。
それでも近所にホタルを見られるところが数カ所あるのはありがたいことです。

玄関が華やかになりました。
ビーガン仕様のパン。
